The purpose of GLCC’s Men’s ministry is to help the men in our community grow in their relationship with God, build deep friendships with other men in church and become faithful leaders.

‘As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend.’  – Proverbs 27:17

Our Vision is to:

• Encourage men to develop a close relationship with Christ and with other men and equip them to be responsible leaders at home, in church and at their workplace.

• Create a culture of prayer and love for God’s Word, helping men embrace all that God has purposed for them.

• Encourage all members to pursue purity and integrity in their daily walk, emulating the example of Christ.

• Equip the men of our church community to be a blessing in society by living out the Gospel and demonstrating the love of Jesus Christ.

The Men’s ministry meets and fellowships regularly through various activities including Bible studies, informal gatherings and an annual Deep Woods Fall Camping Getaway.
