ProPresenter Operator
Commit to serve one Sunday per month September - August, start any time.
Team Rehearsal: 8:15am – 9:15am (start time may vary)
Service: 10:15am – 11:45am
Advance slides for singing and preaching during the full worship service. Option available to serve on quarterly worship nights as well. Training Provided. No prior computer knowledge needed. Must have a heart for worship. Minimum age of 14 (or based on skill level).

Camera Operator
Commit to serve one Sunday per month September - August, start any time.
Sundays, 10:15am – 11:45am
Switch between different camera views of the service so those watching online have an accurate view of our worship service. Training Provided. No prior computer knowledge needed. Must have a heart for worship. Minimum age of 10 (or based on skill level).

Drummer
Commit to serve one Sunday per month September - August, start any time.
Team Rehearsal: 8:15am – 9:15am (start time may vary)
Service: 10:15am – 11:45am
Play drums for the worship service and occasional quarterly worship nights. Practice during the week on your own.
Knowledge and performance abilities needed. Must have a heart for worship. Additional help and lessons can be given to those who have a foundational knowledge of drumming. Let us know of any equipment needs. Minimum age of 15 (or based on skill level).

Electric Guitarist
Commit to serve one Sunday per month through September - August, start any time.
Team Rehearsal: 8:15am – 9:15am (start time may vary)
Service: 10:15am – 11:45am
Play guitar for the worship service and occasional quarterly worship nights. Practice during the week on your own.
Knowledge and performance abilities needed. Must have a heart for worship Additional help and resources can be given to those who have a foundational knowledge of guitar playing. Let us know of any equipment needs. Age minimum of 15 (or based on skill level)

Singer
Commit to serve one Sunday per month September - August, start any time.
Team Rehearsal: 8:15am – 9:15am (start time may vary)
Service: 10:15am – 11:45am
Sing during the worship service and occasional quarterly worship nights. Practice during the week on your own.
Foundational singing abilities needed such as staying on pitch. Must have a heart for worship Age minimum of 12 (or based on skill level).

Organize files
Commit to serve as needed until project is completed.
Serve during office hours (Monday – Thursday, 9am - 4pm)Remove old or unnecessary files, make new labels and organize existing
files.

Database/Planning Center Updating
Commit to serve as needed until project is completed.
Serve during office hours (Monday – Thursday, 9am - 4pm), or at home at desired times
Update people and addresses, compare with paper directory, making sure both match.

Facility Rental Coordinator
Commit to serve as needed on a 12-week rotation.
Coordinate facility use and rentals, verify availability with church calendar, collect payments and ensure requests are approved.

Prepare Prayer Sheet
Commit to serve one day a week on an 8-week rotation.
Update prayer sheet on Mondays, make copies for weekly prayer gathering and email to prayer gathering coordinator.

Stock Pew Materials
Commit to serve one day a week on a 12-week rotation.
Fill pews with scribble cards, connect cards, pens, giving envelopes, notify staff of anything that needs to be reordered, empty trash in Worship Center.

Annual Report Coordinator
Commit to approximately 15 hours over April and May.
Contact ministry leaders and provide last year’s annual report as a reference; collect updated reports from each ministry covering the previous year; compile, organize, and edit all submissions into a single cohesive document, then print and assemble copies for distribution.

Volunteer Care Coordinator
Commit to serve as needed September through August, start any time.
Keep track of life events (weddings, births, anniversaries, birthdays, deaths, surgeries, etc.) for all GLCC volunteers. Send cards for life events and coordinate with meals ministry leader as appropriate. Pray for volunteers and follow up on prayer requests.
